Hey all,
So I may have seriously screwed the pooch and need help. I had a perfectly working system with an AMD 6570 and an AMD 7950 in my rig, and I added a 5970 to the mix. Well...i took the easy route and used a piece of software I found on the boards (HD5970for10.8.2) to get the kext file and everything set up for the 5970....well, that worked, but in the process nuked the 6570 and 7950 into oblivion. They work, just not showing any memory, no QE/CI, and basically only 1024x768 resolution. In system profiler they only show as "Display" no other description. So...is there anyway to restore the "drivers" for these cards? because I can not find the kext files for them in library/systems/extensions? If I have to reinstall so be it, but if there is a way, I am very open to trying!
