Combining Radeon 370 and Intel HD Graphics 4600

Hi everyone! I've had my hackintosh working pretty well for the past few months; however, I am unable to enable acceleration on both cards simultaneously. I believe the only problem I have is that I need to put multiple ig-platform-ids but am not sure how.

Thank You for the reply! However, I am still confused on how I would add the ig-platform-id to the one that is currently being used for the 370?
