Columns layout design for finder windows in macos 10.15.4

After install Catalina (both ways, Clover and OpenCore) the columns layout changed to a most modern design, with less space between columns:

After some point, I don't know when exactly, the layout design changed again to the classic look:

How can I come back to the new design? Thank you.

Go to System Preferences-General and change "Show scroll bars" to "when scrolling".
