Coloured "Snow" at Login

Does anyone get "coloured" snow at login? It kind of looks like an old analog TV without a signal...but the noise doesn't constantly change. It's static.

i7 4790
32GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
as iMac 14,2 via Clover
10.11.5 (the issue has existed since I built this computer...Yosemite)

I was seeing this on 1 out of 3 monitors consistently for a few seconds after boot. I solved it by injecting Nvidia in Clover and defining my number of video ports and VRAM.

Mine stays like that indefinitely after boot. I'll have to see whether I can fix things with Clover configurator.
