Color Profile Assistance

I can't seem to get my monitor calibrated right. Anyone have a color profile recommendation I can try? I have been using my spyder2express but it seems to give the entire monitor a Sepia tint I'm confused now as sites that I know have a blue color tone to them now appear to be a little more green-ish. I'm going crazy trying to figure out where the spyder is going wrong...

What display are you running? Color temp selected? Also what is the lighting setup around you like? Natural light, florescent ect ect...
