Coffelake Build advices

I need to buy a new hackintosh for music production purposes.
Here is my list, i would like to have some advice if this configuration could work:

Asus ROG MAXIMUS x Hero Gaming Motherboard Socket 1151
Intel I7-8700 K 8th Gen Core i7 – 8700 K Processor
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT Single DDR4 DIMM 288 pin Memory 2400 MT/s (PC4 19200)
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC
Corsair RM-650x ATX/EPS Fully Modular 80 PLUS Gold Power Supply
Corsair Hydro Series H60
Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB - HDD for macOS operating system
Seagate Barracuda PRO 256 MB Cache, SATA 6Gb/s, 7200 rpm - HDD used primarily to store my projects
Seagate Barracuda 7200 16MB Cache, 4TB SATA HDD - HDD for sample library
S340 W NZXT from W2 S340 Elite Steel ATX Mid Tower Case

I don't need WIFI or Blutooth, connectivity will be only through LAN. Is the LAN-adapter included in the MB working?
No really audio needed from the MB as i will use my external sound card.

I would consider switching to an AMD GPU in light of the Nvidia web driver fiasco. The drivers work for most people but not all. High Sierra has native support for AMD GPU's that mostly work out of the box, again some people have to use a few kexts others do not.

i've just read around and found that AMD have also best performances on macOS.
I've chosen this one:
Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 560 Pulse 4 GB GDDR5 – PCI Express 3.0 1300 MHz OEM

after reading around it should be compatible.
