[Clover] Yosemite KP at shutdown (SOLVED)
I had a working Yosemite + Chimera setup and I migrated to Clover.
Everything's working fine except that, every-time I log into my session, I get a "Problem Report for OS X" asking me to send to Apple along with the usual message "Your computer did not shut down properly... Do you wish to reopen you apps...".
This is getting annoying as I can't grasp where that came from. I didn't have these messages before Clover.
I use Nvidia's web driver because I own a 970 GTX.
This is part of the backtrace:
Kernel Extensions in backtrace:
com.apple.iokit.IOGraphicsFamily(2.4.1)
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.9)
com.apple.nvidia.driver.NVDAResman(10.0)
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.9)
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IONDRVSupport(2.4.1)
dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOGraphicsFamily(2.4.1)
dependency: com.apple.AppleGraphicsDeviceControl(3.7.2)
BSD process name corresponding to current thread: WindowServer
What do you think? A bug in the web drivers? If so, then how come I didn't have this issue with Chimera..
UPDATE:
Apparently, not a bug in Nvidia's driver.
I installed Clover fron scratch, without the Nvidia driver (software mode), and the KP report still is here on every reboot. Even the very 1st one after Yosemite's installation.
Installing Nvidia's web driver after that didn't change a thing.
Seems like Clover has an issue with Nvidia. How to stop this?
UPDATE2:
Ok, problem solved. This had to do with the report being stuck in my NVRAM and not willing to be deleted easily.
