clover uefi with mbr?

I created my usb disk with 2 partitions and put loads of stuff on the second partition, but i made it mbr instead
of GUID. Is it still possible to make a unibeast UEFI installer on the first partition or does it need to be in legacy
mode?

You could make a Legacy mode installer and it will work as long as your UEFI/BIOS has legacy booting enabled.
Once installed, just install Clover to the HDD/SSD in UEFI mode. Make sure UEFI booting is enabled in UEFI/BIOS
