Clover not updating to EFI

Hello,

I currently have a triple boot with Clover installed on my EFI partition. If I try to update Clover however, I can only select one of my three partitions (Yosemite, Yosemite Backup & Windows) to install Clover on. The EFI partition is not there. Tried it with a mounted and with an unmounted EFI partition.

Any suggestions?

I messed around a bit and my system wouldn't boot anymore. So took a USB, installed a new version of clover on it. Used it to boot into OS X. Completely wiped my EFI partition (after backing up the kexts and config.plist) and copied the EFI folder from my USB to my EFI partition. Replaced the config.plist and the kexts with the one I backed up and I'm up and running again, with a new version of clover.
