Clover not showing APFS Drive after installing Catalina on SSD

Just tried another SSD OCZ Agility , which I used for my first Yosemite build years ago and it's the same story, Clover doesn't see the APFS partition, with Samsung firmware update it seems that it's not possible to update firmware when it's connected via USB...
But the worse thing is that when I format the disk as Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as mentioned in Guide, it won't install High Sierra on that disk... it's greyed out and a message appears : you may not install to this volume because the computer is missing a firmware partition
