Clover messed up my machine?

Ok guys so ever since Yosemite I have not been able to get iMessage to work. Well everything is telling me that iMessage will not work on Yosemite with chimera that you have to use clover. So I got the bright idea to reinstall with clover well upon making the USB something happened to my build where nothing will boot without the flag IGPEnabler=No I never had to use this flag before I am not getting both my monitors to work and my system seems very glitchy and I have extremely slow boot up times. Before I tried to use clovers didn't have to use the IGPEnabler flag, both my monitors worked, and my boot up time was fast. I tried erasing and starting brand new still nothing. Even tried switching back to unibeast still nothing. I'm afraid I need help before I just lose my mind thanks.



My specs are:
GA-Z77-DS3h
i5-3570k
16gb ram
120 gb ssd evo

For the record, I have not had 1 single issue with clover. I did make sure i read and read before jumping on board.
