Clover - how to delete extra entries

I've got extra entries in the clover boot up screen.

1. How can I delete some entries?

2. How can I make a certain entry the default.

If the answer has to do with mounting an EFI drive - appreciate precise instructions on how to do it

To hide unwanted enteries, do this: (if you have Clover Configurator tho)

You can hide unwanted partitions by using custom entries with UUID.
