clover configurator

I launched "clover configurator", I clicked "SMBIOS" on the left, then I do not know what to do. At the right side, there is a big question mark, I tried to click on the "Model Lookup" button under it, but nothing happened.
Any suggestion on how to choose the Mac Model?
