clover boot loop. Pc keeps restarting right away

I installed Mac Os Sierra in my new hackintosh using the Clover Vanilla install method.
during the install I had faced the problem of the screen getting stuck but I solved that with the IntelGraphicsfixup Kext file.
After installation was completed. I Installed Clover on the SSD, moved the kexts over from the USB Clover to SSD clover and then restarted the computer.

since then I am stuck in a reboot loop. I have checked the bios, settings, tried the safe mode, tried booting into the USB clover install but no go.
I see this before the system reboots:

OsxAptioFix2Drv: Starting overrides for: \system\library\coreservices\boot.efi"
Using reloc block: no, hibernate wake: no"

what am I doing wrong?

My system is
Gigabyte z270 HD3P
I7 7700K
Samsung Evo 256 GB
VengeanceLPX 16 GB 2400 Ram
