Hi

I followed those two guides to create fusion drive and El capitan. I managed to get GPU, network and audio working, the problem I'm dealing with is that I can't boot directly from my HD, I need to use the installation USB to boot into OS.
My configuration:
Intel Core i5-3330
MSI ZH77A-G43
16GB ram
nVidia 970 MSI
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB
SEAGATE Momentus 7200, 750GB

here is my partition list:
HTML:
/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: GUID_partition_scheme *120.0 GB disk0
   1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
   2: Apple_CoreStorage FusionDrive 119.7 GB disk0s2
   3: Apple_Boot Boot OS X 134.2 MB disk0s3
/dev/disk1 (internal, physical):
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: GUID_partition_scheme *750.2 GB disk1
   1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk1s1
   2: Apple_CoreStorage FusionDrive 749.3 GB disk1s2
   3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk1s3
/dev/disk2 (internal, virtual):
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD +863.1 GB disk2
                                 Logical Volume on disk0s2, disk1s2
                                 AA2F8BAD-571C-49D1-9635-0CE8B2CEEDF7
                                 Unencrypted Fusion Drive
/dev/disk3 (external, physical):
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: FDisk_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk3
   1: Windows_NTFS Backup 500.1 GB disk3s1

Tried also to mount /dev/disk0s1 and install Clover but it offers me only Macintosh HD as destination. Once the installation is finished, the Clover files are stored on Macintosh HD, but no changes done on mounted EFI drive.

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance

Try to work on disk 2 the virtual partition

If I understood correctly, it should be installed on first drive (SSD) from Virtual drive, is that correct?
Tried to use multibeast and clover to install the boot loader on the virtual drive and then copy that to SSD EFI but still it can't boot at all
I can see USB UEFI in bios boot options so I can boot mac os x from it, but UEFI is not visible next to the HD drives, can't there be something wrong with bios configuration or so?
