I have recently purchased a new 1TB SSD to replace the original working/bootable 500GB SSD.

I followed the steps below but had no luck in booting into the new 1TB SSD, can you please help?

- Downloaded Carbon Copy Cloner to copy the working drive to the new 1TB SSD
- After the cloning and before everything else I made a copy of the EFI folder (on the working 500Gb SSD) to a bootable Sierra USB (i.e. an unibeast USB one that was used to freshly install Sierra on 500GB SSD)
- Shut down and booted into new 1TB drive with my Sierra Unibeast USB stick and installed clover on the new 1TB SSD
- I was then able to mount the EFI partition and copy the contents of the backed-up EFI folder to the new drive.

However, the new drive is still not able to wake up own its own. Can you please help if I'm missing any step?

You need to install Clover on the EFI partition of the new 1TB drive.
