Clock in BIOS is frozen.

Every time I boot Monterey on my desktop my clock in the BIOS stops. I need to do RTC Reset to get it going again. I've put a new CMOS battery in and still the same.

I've tried the SSDT-AWAC.aml patch but still no luck. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix.
