Clean instal on old hackintosh

I have an hackintosh from 2013.
OSX Version 10.9.2 Maverick
Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM) HASWELL i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GH
MB:GIGABYTE Z87X-UD3H
RAM 32GB:
4X Size: 8 GB
Type: DDR3
Speed: 1600 MHz
Corsair Part Number: CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10

Can i make an clean instal to Sierra? (is the hardware compatible?) And can i use the last instal tools?

Hardware is definitly powerful to run mac OS Sierra on your PC.
Yes, I would recommend a clean install, because the difference between Mavericks and Sierra could be huge...

Also make sure that there are some unsolved problems with Intel HD 4600 in Safari on Sierra.
