I get:
OpenGL: 35.66
CPU: 4.68

Tests run on 64 bit OSX with i5 [email protected] (20*180) and XFX 5850 black edition.

Interestingly, CB detects the system as having 2 cores and 4 threads.

vvlad , i thought it may interest you to see my scores as we have the same CPU & GPU.

i5 760 OC 3.6 (20/180): 4.72
5850 (850/1125): 37.49

Geekbench is about 9600 pts.

I think the scores are close enough for the cpu. Perhaps you have better memory than I do? (Mine runs at 1440MHz).

As for the GPU, according to this review your core speed is higher than mine (850 vs 765), which would explain the difference.

I suppose this means the overclock was successful (Or we have both failed )

Just for reference, here's the scores for tony's 2009 basic system tweaked to 3.2GHz. (Rest of system description is below.) Scores seem within expectations.

I think the scores are close enough for the cpu. Perhaps you have better memory than I do? (Mine runs at 1440MHz).

I am using 2x2GB 1333MHz G.Skill Eco , amazingly I have at OC'd to 1600MHz at 1.60V.

As for the GPU, I flashed it with an XFX bios from techpowerup . i think it is stock 825 or 850MHz-it solved the famous 5850 flicker in dual monitor output.

Here are my OC'd I7-950, GTX460 results on the same system comparing Win7-64 vs. OSX-64. You can see OSX gives you a slight edge on the CPU score but the Win7 OpenGL score is much better.

hey guys, just what to ask something regarding CINEBENCH single CPU benchmark.

is this normal to my Intel Core i3-530 2.93 GHz @ 4.40 GHz overclocked to beat the Intel Xeon W5590 3.33 GHz in single CPU bench?

What do you think people about this : / , I'm a little sad about CPU. Did you do something else after installing multi beast for better performance? Anything?
