ah, back in june when i guess my hack was running properly.
system has felt slower, so i reran cinebench 11.5
down to 8.2 fps
but up tp 5.2 pts

have updated to 10.6.5
updated to latest bios
still using lnx2macs bios settings
updated to latest chameleon
updated to latest nvidia drivers

saw something about changing to macpro3,1
i am using imac 11,1
could that really make a difference?

yes, it really can make a difference.
up to 27.53 fps
not quite where I was, but at least in the same ball park.
anything else i should look for??
