Thanks for the detailed article great job!
This exact setup works for me when I run on 10.8.2 (very stable and fast)
After upgrade to 10.9.2 everything looks like it is working but it has hidden problems 4 me.
1. vmware fusion doesn't work correctly anymore even after many configuration adjustments and reinstalls. (No network in direct mode and very slow and unstable)
2. my logitech camera c910 doesn't work anymore (with or without the logitech software installed)

Chris,
I was wondering if you updated your system to maverick 10.9.5. I have basically the same setup that you have with motherboard, memory and graphics card but have an i3-4130 processor. I have a functioning 10.8.5 system but wanted to upgrade to Mavericks and or possibly Yosemite. I'm curious to know which version of MultiBeast you used and did you have any audio problems after the setup? I have been unable to get my audio working in 10.9.5.

Any help would be appreciated!
