Hi, in less than two weeks I'll be buying parts for my first hackintosh, and I'm not sure for which MB I should go.

I'm choosing between those three:
GIGABYTE GA-Q77M-D2H - Intel Q77
GIGABYTE GA-Z77-D3H - Intel Z77
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H - Intel Z77

My first choice was the Z77-D3H, then someone told be there are some problems with rev 1.1, so I started to check other options but I'm from Czech Republic and I noticed that boards with rev 1.0 are available...

other parts worth mentioning: i7 3770, for start intel HD4000, SSD crucial m4 128GB, ATX case fractal design define r4

I won't be doing any OC, not much of gaming, mainly for iOS apps developing, and movies :)

So what do you think? Which one will be best choice for me?

I´m owning a GA-Z77-DS3H and i´m really happy with it.
It´s not outstanding or remarkable in any way, but it´s one of the cheapest and works flawless.

I was a bit disappointed when i learned, that vcore was locked on this board, but if you don´t wan´t to oc, you won´t even notice that.

Greetings from Austria

Both of the Z77 boards have VIA audio chips, unsupported in OS X.

For your stated purpose for the board and no OC, I would recommend the Q77 board.
