hi! I really don´t know the differences between those chipset beside the price.
I want to mount it with a i7-6700k. Any mobo recommendation and CPU? I don´t want to do any OC.

The reason to go with a "Z" board is so that you can run RAM at higher speeds than 2133. With an i7-6700K I suggest DDR4 3200. If it was an i5 then I would suggest DDR4 2666 or DDR4 2400, depending on the speed of the proc. and the price of the RAM.

If you do not want to OC then why the 6700K? Only reason to pay the premium for a K model is to overclock.

Speed. The K version is faster.

6700
3.4 GHz base
4.0 GHz turbo

6700K
4.0 GHz base
4.2 GHz turbo

The K version's base speed is 17.6% faster.

Ok, the ram speed is almost 30% faster. But, is it noticeable?

The price difference is only 30€, and the speed is 17.6% faster as Dr.Ben says, is it worth it?

For the RAM, probably not in general use, but in a heavy rendering/number crunching project could make a big difference in time to completion of the project.
For the CPU, I would say the speed increase is definitely worth the extra 30€.
