[solved] chimera won't work
Hello,
I'm trying to sort a black screen issue with my graphic card.
In the past I sorted it changing the motherboard.
I used to have the 1.3 version and replaced with 1.0 version.
Now I put a 1.3 version back again and reinstalled the DSDT and the chimera bootloader.
When launching my computer it gets stuck on
Loading operative system
...
Now I put, in the BIOS, CD ROM as a main start up device and it works.
What do I have to do and check to have chimera running straight away from my internal drive instead of the CD ROM?
I have noticed that in the BIOS, Standard CMOS Features, won't recognise my hard drive:
IDE Channel 0 Master [None]
IDE Channel 0 Slave [None]
IDE Channel 1 Master [None]
IDE Channel 1 Slave [None]
IDE Channel 2 Master [None]
IDE Channel 2 Slave [None]
IDE Channel 3 Master [None]
IDE Channel 3 Slave [None]
IDE Channel 4 Master [Optiarc DVD RW AD-72]
IDE Channel 4 Slave [None]
Thanks.
