It sounds as if your PBR has become corrupted. If you remove the boot file from the root of your Mavericks partition and reboot, what happens? (you might have to do a "show all files" to see the boot file)

I neded up doing the whole entire install fresh,

I created 2 partitions using disk utility from the Unibeast Mavs USB.

Mavericks installs perfect.

but when I get to the Windows 7 install setip and reformat for windows, it formats then says " windows cant install to disk 0 partition 3 "

What should I do?

Did you format the Windows partition MSDOS FAT in Disk Utility?
How did you do your reformat?

Make sure you're booting the Windows installer in legacy, not UEFI mode.

I used the Disk utility, I selected 2 partitions

1st partition, named Mavericks - Journaled
2nd partition named WINDOWS - MS Fat

Guid in options

How do I know if im booting in Legacy mode or UEFI Mode?

I tried install again, " when i get to the install windows setup it says " Disk 0 Partition 3 is a MBR on partition table, Windows can only be installed on a GPT disks"

I Dont understand whats going on, I am following the exact same rules and instructions as when i got the multi boot working the 1st time....

You are definitely booting the Windows install media in UEFI mode.

It is tied to the way you boot Windows. Each motherboard is different, but you should notice your USB device listed twice in BIOS boot selection. Once likely with UEFI somewhere and one other... Use the one that is not marked with UEFI.

" RehabMan .. Going Bald " dudes your a life savers.....I pressed f12 and i noticed the duplicate of my Pioneer bluray drive that i use to boot my Windows 7 disk, I choose the other one, I reformatted my Disk 0 partition 3 " windows 7{ SLICE ) " and the " Next " option became clickable....

Windows 7 is installing as I type and I know its smooth sailing from here....thank you for the Help...
