Hey guys! I have been trying to install Chimera recently on my hackintosh, but it won't seem to work! Every time I try to install and reboot, it still shows Chameleon! I think it has to do something with a "hidden EFI partition"? If so how do I over-write Chameleon with Chimera? Thanks!

OS: 10.6.6
video card: ATI Radeon HD 5450

the problem is that I never *had* Chimera on my system. And I need Chimera in order to support my video card [I think so anyways...]. But what would changing the theme do??

How did you install the os? Did you use any bootloader (you said chameleon I guess). Chimera does not install the kexts needed for your video card.

Have you tried this: http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=2109?

Hope it helps!
yeah I installed the OS via a Retail CD, and Chameleon for booting. But apparently Chameleon doesn't support using my video card just by graphicsenabler=yes at boot. I have a CD with Chimera on it, which starts fine, and runs my video card normally, but I want Chimera on my desktop so that I don't have to boot from a CD every time...
