Here is my configuration:

WIN7 (C:\) - NTFS
OS X (H:\) - HFS+
STORAGE (I:\) - NTFS
EXTERNAL (M:\) - exFAT - BitLocker
WINBACKUP (W:\) - NTFS - BitLocker

They are all separate hard drives. The only drive that shows up in the bootloader is the OS X drive. The WIN7 and STORAGE drives are automatically mounted when I boot into OS X. I plugged in a USB drive and it showed up in the bootloader.

Does anybody know how to remedy this? Thanks.

Install chimera onto a new partition, this issue is probably due to the mac partition or your bios, just set aside a new partition and it should work, report back if it does.

Maybe I did it wrong, but it didn't work. I created a Chimera partition on the same drive as OS X, and installed the latest Chimera onto the partition, then restarted.

How is the second drive attached?

The first 3 drives are SATA, attached to the motherboard. The last 2 are external drives attached via USB.
