Cheapest ITX for Mountain Lion with compatible Sleep & HDMI audio functionality

Which ITX is cheap but also low in power usage and have sleep & hdmi audio capabilities?

I want to built a HTPC which is able to run Mountain Lion. The Gigabyte GA-H77N-WIFI is way too expensive for my needs, its an overkill for its capabilities.

Requirement:
- XBMC / 1080p playback
- Sleep (the HTPC should sleep to be power efficient)
- HDMI audio
- Mountain Lion capable
- Onboard Graphic usage (no need for buying a seperate gfx card)

The Gigabyte board is the cheapest ITX hack compatible board I've seen reported on any of these forums. The Zotac and Intel boards are both more expensive. If you find a cheaper one please share your build.
