Cheap GFX-card passive cooled?

Are there cheap compatible gfx-cards passive cooled from amd for rahter less than 150 Euros?

This is a sound-workstation - and I don´t like cooler-fan-noise.

Will the fan on "normal AMD cards" spin, when just used for 2d applications or are they silent?

There are no Fanless AMD GPUs that work with current macOS versions AFAIK.
There are workstation cards like the WX4100 that have small noisy fans. (just one)

If you can find an RX 570 under 150 Euros that would work. The fans stay silent on my Gigabyte RX 570 until the GPU reaches a certain temperature. It's probably more power than you actually need. For audio work the fan shouldn't spin up too often. You'd have to test one out with your workflow.

The option below is at your own risk:

You could pull the wire from the fan off the card and connect it to one of the headers on the motherboard so you can control the fan speed with the bios.
