CCC Moving to a new SSD

I've done it in the past successfully. It's not working with this new SSD:

Moving from a:
Samsung SSD 256 850 Pro

to a:
Samsung SSD 512 860 Pro

When I try to set it as the boot device on my Bios it shows up like this:

It doesn't show the UEFI OS part of the original SSD

These are the properties from both (Sierra is the old one):

Any idea why this is not working? Both drives are formatted as APFS.

Did you copy your EFI folder from your old SSD to the EFI partition of the new SSD?

You sir are correct. I don't remember doing that before, but I guess it my fault. Thank you, and sorry if this was too obvious.
