Catalina won't boot

Was working fine and decided to move my kexts to L/E (initially done incorrectly - now since corrected) but still won't boot.

All my kexts are in L/E - Other folder is empty. Only using minimal drivers. Last boot attempt showed the screenshot error (but was the furtherest I've booted so far!)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Fixed a couple errors in config.plist and tried again. Got this and then black screen:

Been fiddling around all day - every time I make a change I get a different error! Yay!

Most recent error was with com.apple.driver.AppleIntelSlowAdaptiveClocking triggered rebuild
