As you mention beta installation USB so there must be stable version for the same so if its possible then i am happy.
I have Dell optiplex 3060
i5-8500
16GB DDR4
512SSD
Intel UHD graphics

So please give me steps for bios and installation process.
 
Stable version is on mac app store or system update in macos
 
I think he is asking . . . is the procedure the same for 10.15.0 final . . . not just the beta.
