Are there minimum hardware requirements for Catalina posted anywhere?

I just pulled out my old P8Z68V build (my first ever hack, built from TonyMac specs) that's now on El Cap and would like to update to Catalina if possible.

Specs:
Asus P8Z68V, i7 2600k
Dual GTX 560Tis
16GB DDR3 1333mem
1TB HDD
Apple BT/Wifi Broadcom card (handoff currently works)

Can I upgrade to Catalina with the current hardware or should I upgrade/change anything out first?

Your graphics cards (GTX 560 Ti correct?) does not support Metal (and neither does the HD3000 CPU integrated graphics of the i7 2600K), Apple's graphics framework which is required in Mojave and Catalina.

If you want to run Mojave or Catalina you need to upgrade your graphics card to a Metal supported one, for example a GTX 760 (old second hand) or RX 570 (new).
