catalina loaded but video only mirrors

I am running an older Gigabyte z97 and using the on board graphics card. Got everything working except cannot get the two displays in anything but mirror mode. One is DVI and the other HDMI. The Multibeast option for an intel video coffee lake fails creating a build. Is this an inherent problem with Catalina? Hopefully I am just missing something obvious.

Finally got everything working. Scouring the forum hinted that older vid cards would no longer works. Purchased a small video card that works and the dual displays are working again. Also big thanks to moderate UtterDisbelief for help getting the USB installer to work.
