Hey guys, yesterday I got my vanilla macOS Catalina Hackintosh running with minimal issues (iMessage working oob :)). It wasn't until an hour or so it would just reboot. I got the log and it looks like a kernel panic

Code:
panic(cpu 1 caller 0xffffff8002416487): "IOSCSIPeripheralDeviceType05::setPowerState(0xffffff8027725e80 : 0xffffff7f826f4236, 1 -> 4) timed out after 101144 ms"@/AppleInternal/BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-6153.101.6/iokit/Kernel/IOServicePM.cpp:5296

I tried some of the suggestions in there but I couldn’t get them to work. Also this thread was more geared toward OpenCore which I don’t plan on switching to until it has more time to mature.

Sorry m8, try to disable power nap and hard disk sleep from power options.

Yeah it’s not necessarily when it sleeps but I could see how it could be an ACPI issue where it turns off the hard drive thinking it’s unneeded.
