So, you need to change the EFI folder of your disk to this. And you can replace my Kext with yours. Then you probably should do the same thing to your USB stick so you have a version that work in everything. My English is kinda bad so if you doesn't understand tell me xddd.

Thanks a lot man <3 .. it passed this part and finished but I am getting stuck on an black screen I believe it could be something related to graphics, I will dig into it.

You are welcome! Black screen where ? If you are using a recent nvidea card you need to change your monitor to the motherboard port, becouse you probably already know that they are not supported !

no I am using AMD RX5700XT. it happens just after finishing the cmd screen

yeah so I fixed it by switch to onboard GFX to install then I will install the external card. Thanks again man!

Yeah sometimes you will have to mess around with drivers and Kexts, but it's a funny process I think !
