Can't wake from sleep, worked in lion

my mediaserver:

Asus P7P55D, i7 860, 8GB RAM, 9600GT 512MB

ML installation went fine, all is working good, but no sleep whatsoever, whenever it goes to sleep i have to reboot and can't seem to wake it...

I did the NullCPU thing in multibeast but that didnt work...

any suggestions?

Same problem over here, did you notice your system ran faster after installing nullCPUmanagement? I'm contemplating giving it a shot...
