Can't use the option in Clover to open a UEFI Shell

I tried adding the entry you list in the post and it didn't work. I still get the "bootable disk not available" error and that boot option just keeps disappearing from the boot order. I have tried to put any of the entries in the bootlist, that pertain to the OSX install, into the top of the boot order but I am unable to boot without the USB.

Where do I go next?

Show output of 'sudo efibootmgr' in Linux

You need to remove all those extra entries.

I believe there is a verbose option for efibootmgr that will show you the path (eg. more details) of each entry. You do not have enough information displayed to determine whether it was done correctly or not.

Seems like the guid is not correctly identifying a valid EFI partition.

EFI partitions always have 'C12A7328-F81F-11D2-BA4B-00A0C93EC93B'

It has been a while since I looked at my own efibootmgr output, so perhaps it displays a different guid than the partition guid.

You should verify that your EFI partition has the correct guid. You can see it with 'sudo gpt show /dev/disk0'.
 
It has that entry.
