Hi guys... I'm running with 10.9.5... everything's perfect... except that :

I changed my case... and the button "RESET" on my new COOLERMASTER case don't work.
If I press it, my computer don't boot... I have to shut my computer off to reboot it...

I reboot normally when I use the restart in the apple menu...

I don't remember if it worked with my older case... (I think NO).

Does anyone would have an idea to fix that reset problem?

Thanks

Forgive me if this is too basic, but I have to ask -- is the reset button correctly connected to the front panel header on the motherboard?

It's not too basic!! but it's well connected to the motherboard... when I push it my computer reboot but block on a black screen.

it's a rare occurence, but the button/switch may be bad, i've had a case in the past where the button was broken.
