Can't Update to Monterey from Big Sur (solved)

i have a 110Gb partion on a M2 SSD 500Gb, with 33.8Gb free space, and can't update big Sur 11.6.1 from a USB. Because it need 3Gb more.
There is a minimun space required to update?

Apple recommends 36GB of free space on your Mac’s storage device if you are upgrading from macOS Sierra or later. If you are upgrading from OS X Mavericks, Yosemite, or El Capitan, Apple recommends 45GB of free storage space. You will have to delete something to free up more space if you want Monterey.

well after deleting 2 big apps, finally can run tha install from USB. but get this error message.

Well, I used BIOS version 3004, for install windows 11, for Asus Z370A Prime, but after reinstalling BIOS 2801 in a clean installation on another SSD disk, This error appear too.
for boot I use a USB 16Gb with Clover 5141.

Anyone have this also?.

Change your SMBIOS TO LOEWER ONE MINE 19.1 to 16.2 and install goes on.
