Hi guys, I'm having an issue on my perfectly working Hackintosh.
My specs are:
  • ASUS P8Z77-V with modded BIOS
  • Intel Core i7 3770k @4,2GHz
  • 16GB Corsair Dominator DDR3 @2600MHz
  • SAPPHIRE R9 280X Toxic
I have everything running okay, I can install and buy apps from the Apple store, or update them, all USB ports working, audio working and sleep working. I ran the official standard guide with MultiBeast, and I'm injecting kexts through Clover.
I should mention I also have a working dual-boot with Windows, from Clover.
The problem is that I'm actually on 10.13.1 and I can't update at all to 10.13.4. When it reboots, it just says "Installing system update", under the Apple bootlogo, but when it finishes, it reboots and I'm still on 10.13.1.
How can I solve this?
Also, I have a weird install bar instead of the usual dot under the Launchpad icon in the dock, but Apple Store is not installing or updating anything, in fact if I remove the Launchpad icon from the dock and then add it again it disappears.
Thanks for any further help.
