I have some 4k 60fps HEVC clips from my gopro 6
Having problems playing them in High Sierra 10.13.6 and also Mojave Beta
High Sierra is meant to have native HEVC support from what I've read, these clips play fine on my macbook pro retina 2012 with no issues which leaves me to believe maybe I haven't setup my hackintosh config properly and maybe hardware acceleration isn't enable.
I've tried searching but can anyone tell me how I can check to see if its enabled or not?
My setup is asrock z370m-itx, i5 8400 coffeelake, primary display is sapphirepulse rx560, integrated uhd 630 enabled in bios
i've got lilu and whatevergreen setup smbios imac18,3, have followed the guides for my config list
other reason why i think its graphics related is also the whole system hangs and the display freezes but the mouse still moves, only way to fix it is a hard restart, happens alot when playing videos in chrome and final cut pro
Thanks for your help!
