I've tried it all. I downloaded iBoot. It came in a zip folder. I unzipped it and it unzipped to a folder with an .iso file. I burned it to a CD through Win 7. Nothing came up, I changed the boot order in the bios, but there was never any option to boot from optical drive. Then, I moved the extracted folder to my snow leopard macbook, and burned a disc image through disk utility. Still the PC will not recognize any bootable media in the drive. It's not a good sign if I can't even get the preliminary steps to work.
