Can't Login after 10.12.6 update

Today I updated my Sierra because I needed to install the newest Nvidia drivers since I,m upgrading my rig.

I first updated Clover to the latest version

then proceeded to update from the App Store

everything went smooth, no kernel panic, no boot loop or anything.

but now, I can't login to my account it asks for my password but then hangs at the loading wheel

google isn't much help either. I tried reseting my password from the recovery partition but I can't connect to the network so no luck there

anyone has a clue how to fix this issue ?

After digging through my notes, I remembered to add the -f parameter at boot along with the usual process of disabling my nVidia web driver. The -f allowed me to login and update my drivers.
