I have been trying to boot my Sierra 10.12.2 USB with partial success.

I get to the Clover installer. I select External with verbose and I get only a couple lines of boot.

I get:

OsxAptioFix2Drv: Starting overrides for System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi
Using reloc block: no, hibernate wake: no
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

And it hangs.

It does the same for El Capitan 10.11.5

I did what the unibeast 7.0.1 said for BIOS settings.

I have a Lenovo P510 Workstation. E5-1650 v4 (i7-6800K), 32GB ram, RX 480 8GB, X99

Is there something I'm missing?

Have you tried with OsxAptioFixDrv instead of OxAptioFix2Drv?

Remove OsxAptioFixDrv64.efi from /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/ if booting UEFI mode and
/Volumes/YOURHARDDRIVENAME/EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/ if booting legacy

and then install it via the clover boot loader installer package or with clover configurator
