Cant install mountain lion on GA-Z77-WIFI with ivy bridge i7 3770 16GB RAM

I had a big problem ...my mother board is GA-z77-WIFI and i7 ivy bridge 3.4GHZ 3770 16gb corsair 1600MHZ memory and sand disk extreme 120gb ssd, NVDIA 2GB 640 GT...I cant install mountain lion to this system. I am stuck at apple logo and is not going after. if I type -x then I am able to install but after completing installation it is again stuck on apple logo....can anyone tell me what may be the issue?? thanks in advance

boot with -v GraphicsEnabler=No PCIRootUID=0 npci=0x3000 dart=0

try if that can help

wow thats great now the install screen came and i am able to install...but one question after install it will ask for reboot then that time also do I need to type the same command?? or what should I do after reboot?? will it fix the issue??

I am getting the same result and every time I need to type the same command to pass apple logo. and also I am getting these error on verbose boot

getCPUIDInfo: this is unknow model
applebluetoothHCIcontrollerUSBtransport ERROR waited 30 seconds and still did not get the command wakeup notification.......etc...

now it is stuck on sandbox(105) deny match.............any help?? please..

you need to type the boot flag each time.

or you can edit your org.chameleon.Boot.plist in System/Library/Extensions
