Can't Go further White Scree with Apple Logo

While trying to install ML on -

Processor - Core i5 4430 3rd Generation
Motherboard - Intel Desktop Board DB85FL
GPU - Zotac NVIDIA Geforce GT 610
Ram - Corsair 4GB DDR 3
Hard Drive - Seagate SATA 1TB
DVD Drive - Asus DVD Drive

I just get stuck on the white scree with apple logo and the computer restarts.
Please help ....what can be done?

It's not a Haswell processor...it's a previous generation to that.

You stated in your post it is i5-4430, which *is* Haswell (4th gen). It is also 8-series board, which would be typical for Haswell...

Are you saying you've mis-stated the CPU model?

No the processor is 3rd generation (i5 -4430) and yes it is a 8-series board which supports Haswell.

The i5-4430 is Haswell. Google it yourself.

Yes it's a Haswell Processor...My fault I got confused with another model.
So yea I can't even install Snow Leapord on it...what can I do?
So I made a Unibeast drive from a Macbook...
But still it doesn't work....when I select the USB, the white screen with apple logo appears and the computer restarts.

I linked Haswell Helper in a previous post. You can try to use it to install ML. Or you can wait for better Haswell support from Apple.

I read the post and it say OS X 10.8.4 only...but when we download ML from AppStore it downloads 10.8.3.
So will it work with 10.8.3?

Current download from Mac App Store is 10.8.4. No other versions of ML are available from Apple.
