Can't get past first restart.

Hi. I'm trying to update directly to Mojave from Sierra.
I have an ssd with Sierra that I cloned to another ssd and tried to update to Mojave. It starts to install, then restarts and there is no option to install, only the two ssd's with Sierra.
I updated clover on the cloned ssd and installed APFSDriverLoader-64, updated the usb port limit...
Any ideas?

So I managed to install Mojave to my second drive by booting from my UniBeast usb drive after the first restart. I was able to select Install Mojave and the install continued. The problem I am having now is that that drive is only available in clover when my UniBeast drive is in my machine.
Also clover seems to be funky. On boot I only get the graphic of a clover and have to press return for my hard drive to show up.
Any ideas would be most welcome.
