Can't get my laptop to load a boot loader off the HDD

I have a MSI GT70 2PC Dominator running Mac OS X Sierra and for some reason I can't figure out why I can't get it to load a boot loader without a flash drive plugged in. I've tried Clover, Chameleon, and Chimera and none of them have worked. This is one of my last issues that I can't solve. Please help, Thanks.

Make sure you install Clover correctly and set the UEFI entry in BIOS to load it.

Your BIOS may provide a direct option to do it, or you may have to use efibootmgr in Linux.
