Hi, When I try to use your EFI, If have an error "OC : failed to load configuration".
Any idea please ?

I just forgot to use your BOOT folder, I kept mine, so...
Now it's okay.

Working for me with Catalina 10.15.7 , with my Z77X-D3H rev 1.0 (not the "DS3H") , same GTX 680, same i7 3770K .

I don't changed anything in your EFI, it works like this.
